    Hi Luca,

Have you included GMA500 support? I'll be happy to give it a try on my 751h...

    Cheers

    Hi PilotPaul

Unfortunately not yet.. At the moment EMGD drivers should be installed manually.
Anyway it seems a good idea to include them in a special iso, I'll look what can I do

Looks good, but reminds me of Lubuntu. You're using gnome 3?

Yes, it is based on gnome3.. it is the fallback session (gnome-panel + metacity) and the rest of the DE. So no unity or gnome-shell is present in the iso, but installable alongside.

In the first beta (the one available for download) I've used the xfce4-panel because it allowed to use the indicators instead of the old notification area.
Now that indicators are available also for gnome-panel I've replaced the xfce panel to get a full gtk3 gnome3 session.
In the meanwhile I've fixed also the plymouth issue and the installer refuse present in first build, so in a couple of days I'll release a new build.

Can the desktop environment run with Ubuntu 11.04? I tried a fresh install of Xubuntu 11.10 and it was a disaster, with most of the things that could go wrong going wrong, some of the things that couldn't go wrong going wrong too, and basic functions like turning the malfuctioning touchpad off unavailable.
