Web GUI _only_ for mail server

Customer has email on domain.com
Server gets all emails by pop3 or secured (fetchmail).
On intranet they use emails user@local.lan.
What is for intranet stays there, what is for out it sends by secure outgoing server! (ISP here interecept classic smtp).

All classic stuff included: antispam, av shield for pop3, adding, deleting user, user limits (example 5GB for pop3 inbox)

Give me hints. It doesn't have to be free but not to expensive!
For lan not bigger than 5-10 users.
