    libreoffice print pdf from .doc using cli

    does anyone know how to do this?

    take a .doc file and print it to a .pdf using libreoffice?

    There's a "Print to PDF" button on the middle toolbar in LibreOffice Writer. What do you mean by "using CLI"?? As far as I know, LibreOffice doesn't work from the command line.

    ah. I just assumed it worked from the cli the way openoffice does.

    I know of the way to do it once the gui is open. I would like cli access though, so I don't have to launch the gui. and so I can script automate conversion.
