    Deactivate the power management:

    sudo service network-manager restart

    i did, but it still cant find any networks? wierd!

    have to wait som days, to see if it works. i dont have the possibility to plug in a cable yet, But thank you so much anyway

    okay, have the same problem again after installing updates -_- So, i have to install this driver every time im updating the system? (Kernel files). Thanks for you help ^^
