Rythmbox and MP3

I get that error message and ubuntu is not able to track and lock my mp3. It is a sansa fuze 4 gb with a slot. I have trouble with it sometimes. Last night i was able to fix it to transfer music, and i'll be honest, i have no idea what i did and i am unable to imitate it. When i go to unknown device and try to see its properties, it just shuts down.

And ubuntu itself can't get a lock on it. So I have no idea how to fix it, I would like to put my music on my mp3 since i just got it and the music selection can be better.

Please help!
