Unhappy Remove "System Settings" from 11.04.

We have a custom install we use on our laptops. Last year, we used 10.04 LTS and switched to 11.04 for this year. I switched it to classic mode since this is what the users have been seeing previously.

The problem is, the upper right corner where you click to logoff, now has System Settings at the bottom of the list. We don't want the user to have access to altering the initial settings. The users are children and normally haven't a clue on how to get to "Main Menu" if it not on the "drop down" list (anyone else would).

How do I remove this from the "users" view?

actually it needs root password if any changes are applying . so create separate user accounts and dont give root authority to those user accounts...
Dont miss anything even it is small. one small pin is enough to bring down a man.

I understand that they can't use most of the items on the list but I'd like to hide it to avoid temptation to try, the same way I do with Root Terminal.
