1 - Where can I get ui of ubuntu?
2 - May I use Ubuntu theme in commercial projects?

What do you mean by Ubuntu theme? as in themes made for the OS? Any site that makes themes have detailed instructions on how to download/install any theme you find appealing. As for commercial projects, i don't see why not as long as you keep to the licensing agreements...

If you wanna make your own themes commercial , its completely up to you.but you cant make other's themes.My opinion is making commercial is not a good idea.
