I use Duck Duck Go [Don't be fooled by the name. It is very useful]
Definitely Google (For a few more reasons than one can count on their hands). Bing is banned from being used on my network and any attempts send you to a custom 404 page that redirects to lmgtfy.com after 5 seconds. Yahoo, I'm indifferent about... just haven't used any of their services since the first google pages came out.

anyone tried that?
Scroogle.
Yahoo in the first instance, as they reward me with Nectar loyality points which can be used as money in certain stores, also Yahoo are my default mail provider as Gmail just plain old sucks. If I can't find what I am looking for on Yahoo I use Google as my second choice, although I do use a custom iGoogle page as my default home page. I have decided that whilst I believe that Google are a brilliant company that develop some great stuff, it is not good practice to solely rely on a single provider for your searches. I do use Bing from time to time as it is the default search engine in IE7, which I am forced to use by my employer.
Google cause it's awesome. It's simple, fast and reliable.
