Smile I need a command for a keyboard shortcut!

Hi. As a previous windows user (not any more - thank goodness) I am used to all of the windows shortcuts. As the stubborn person I am I refuse to do any else and I have customised Ubuntu so it has the same keyboard shortcuts.

Unfortunately in the 'Keyboard Shortcuts' menu in 'Preferences' of version 10.04 does not include a command to show the desktop.

Basically I am looking for someone to give me the command. I have no clue what to put as the command.

I am trying to show the desktop - this is the same as clicking the button on the very bottom-left of screen.

    HOW TO DO IT!!!

    Default Command: [ctrl] + [alt] + [D]
Name of Command: "Hide all normal windows and set focus to the desktop"
    (I know weird name...)
If you wish to set this command as [Winkey/ Flag] + [D] Simply click on where it says "[ctrl] + [alt] + [D]" and hit [Winkey/ Flag] + [D]!!!

it's there, look for ctrl+alt+d (hide all windows and activate desktop - or something)

Thank you. I was looking for something like "Show Desktop" or "Move to an empty workspace etc."

Winkey+D works for me in 10.10 and I'm almost sure that it worked in 10.04.
I have Compiz enabled but I don't think that I changed any keybindings.

I get you now! It didn't work for me by default but I have changed it to that now.
