Kali-Linux - Adding a grenade launcher to the machine guns since 2013
That's weird... The last time I reported spam, which was a few days ago, I actually got a bean for it.I guess it's no longer the case?
Edit: I have confirmed that it still works.

There are two mistakes one can make along the road to truth...not going all the way, and not starting.

I'll actually be asking for help in that very forum heh.
So, After i get my beans up what would happen if you ever archive again, whould i go back to zero? whould i be treated like a spammer again?
Already happened once.
Also, why am i still seeing Beans: 0‽
. Now people will be tempted to create content on these forums for the sake of it, to get past 50. Sad state due to spammers that genuine users have to suffer.

There are some fairly robust replies from the Moderating staff in this thread and the impression given is distinctly defensive of the recent restrictions.
If I might be allowed to offer some food for thought by way of a positive observation....
It seems to me the entirely laudable desire to frustrate Spammers might, in this case,
be driving a wedge between the moderating staff and some of the forum users.
If thats the case, and it does seem to be, wouldnt that mean the Spammers have achieved something which is in nobody's interest?
Entrenched positions are never a good idea in any walk of life and least of all between people who are supposedly joined in aq common purpose.
Is there no scope for a compromise solution here ?
I have to say I don't get the same impression at all. I feel that the decision was not lightly taken and that it was (in the moderators' opinion) the best that they could think of.
Well, duh. That's always the case. The money spent on spamming and its resultant anti-spam measures throughout the world is enormous. Not to mention the greenhouse gases that spam releases...
