Open source dvd authoring for ubuntu and vista?

Hi folks,

I wondered if any of you could recommend some open source dvd authoring software that has versions for ubuntu and windows vista? The kind of thing that would let me create dvd movies from .mov and .wmv files etc. as I need to work on both systems.

Any recommendations and help and advice is greatly appreciated,
