I suppose this might be the correct segment though please forgive me if it is not, but this does sorta involve graphics and images. I need to know how I can take a scan of a blueprint of a building and create a map of "hot zones" where incidents are arising?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm trying to help a school. They have kept records of where students have reported bullying and other discipline incidents. I want to help them make a hot zone map of discipline incidents.
