    Looking for a NTFS defragger

    Hello.
I am looking for a offline NTFS defragger of sorts. The reason is that I am thinking my NTFS windows partition is starting to get severely fragmented, and the default tool does not work properly with the OS files due the "use = write lock" idiocy enforced in Windows.
If there is Linux tools around for that, I didn't know.
I will also note that my googlefu is weak, and hence i could not find what I wanted over google.

Edit: Running Vista, and there might be filesystem changes that disqualifies older tools, but since i have no idea, it is only a guess.

I thought there was no place for non-Ubuntu support? I understand masking other Linux or Unix stuff and posting it in the normal support part of the forum.
    But this is different.
I remember there being a "other OS discussion" subforum a long long time ago.

And perhaps... can that software do Offline defragmentation? It seems to be requiering some extremely obscure services in order to run, and it is more or less addvertisementware.
    But I will try.

I'd recommend SmartDefrag; used it when I had Windows on my PC.
