(I am probably missing something obvious but believe me I have googled for this answer and have yet to find it)
So my question is:
Can you make a live CD of a OS that you have installed on your PC. And I may have the wrong way of thinking about this. If there is another way, non Live CD, of achieving the same result please feel free to state it.
Here is the process and why I want this in my head:
1) Install Ubuntu and get everything the way I like it (programs intalled, shortcuts, key bindings, etc.)
2) Make Live CD of MY intalled Ubuntu.
3) Tinker around
4) Break something
5) Try to fix it
if(I fail at fixing it)
Live CD (With my custom version of Ubuntu) to reinstall everything so it works and not to have to go
through the painful process of setting up everything how I like it.
