Linus uses Xfce! I dunno why, but that makes me feel special somehow... me and Linus - something else we have in common!
He switched to Gnome when KDE 4 was released. Now he's switching to XFCE with the release of Gnome 3. Next he'll be using openbox when XFCE 5 is released.
More importantly though, who cares?
++ to Linus and I agree with him completely..

I'd love to read his opinion on unity - bricks will be shat...
If anyone has anything on it, please share.
Linus will never be happy until he bites the bullet and creates his own DE.

First he bashes Gnome for the lack of an editable path box in Nautilus, which means he needs to use the mouse to click on folders instead of just typing the path. That seems to indicate he prefers using the keyboard to using the mouse. Then he bashes Gnome 3 because he needs to use Ctrl+Shift+N to bring up a new terminal instead of clicking on a launcher.
Contradiction much?
