    Lenovo Thinkpad Suspending Issues

I recently acquired a Lenovo Thinkpad T500 laptop and installed ubuntu 11.04 on it. It all worked fine until about 12 hours afterward when it would no longer suspend. Whenever I try to suspend the computer, the moon shaped light blinks along with the caps lock light. It appears to suspend, but it will not come out of suspend mode, I have to do a force shut down.

Has anyone had this problem before? Does anybody know how to fix it?

So I tracked the issue down further. I looked at dmesg and the last message before shutdown was "Hibernation image not found". How do I restore?
