How did you create the file system on the USB stick and if you try to boot from it what happens?

I download iso 386i and installer usb and extract with installer iso to stick... nothing happens when boot with it... file structure screenshot is correct? can you say from it?

I don't have a bootable USB to check. The files on your USB look ok to me, but as I say, I have nothing to compare it to.
Is your USB stick marked as bootable? Look in Windows Disk Management and see.

you mean exist and non boot-able sticks?
I believe the partiton that the files are on must be marked as bootable.
