I installed it on my 27" iMac when it came out, and other than the scroll bars and having to flip the scrolling direction (what the heck was Steve thinking???) it's running great.

    Re: OSX Lion

It is running great on my IMac but on my MacBook Pro its not so good. It seems to use a lot of memory and has on occasions max'd out my Ram (4GB)

Firefox does not seem to play well with it, although FF has been buggy since the last update.

The would seem to be a memory leak on the MacBook but I have not had time to track it

    Overall impression of Lion are

    Pros

    Lauchpad
    Gestures
    Safari (new tweaks are great)
    Natural Scrolling

    Cons

    Firefox
Flash ( Please Adobe sort you stuff out and make some decent software)
memory leak on the MB Pro

The OS is doing what an OS should, be quiet do it's thing and not be an attention seeker.

    I wish they'd release a CD version.

If they did, I'd think about Hackintoshing it.

    Re: OSX Lion

It would seem that my original thoughts that the memory leak was in Firefox. After doing some diags it appears to be FF and Safari. Not sure what it is in both those browsers that is causing it
    maybe Flash.

Which would be against Apple's EULA and staff here don't take kindly to that kind of thing.
