Flash Videos in Fast Forward

Everytime I view a Flash video (in Firefox and Chrome) on Ubuntu 11.04, the video has no sound and plays really fast. FlashAid did nothing, neither did sudo apt-get upgrade. How can I get Flash back to normal?

UPDATE: Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash and Firefox a million times, but nothing worked. Also, I'm on a 64-bit machine.

UPDATE 2: LOL Just had to fix my audio settings back to the default. I was messing with them to try and get Skype to work.
