Installing Windows via USB in Ubuntu

Hi all,

I've been trying to create a bootable usb from a Windows XP installation ISO and load it, all on a machine that only has Ubuntu installed.

I used gparted to reformat the USB to NTFS and flag it as bootable, then extracted the ISO to the USB. When I tried to boot from the USB, I recieved the error message "BOOTMGR NOT FOUND / PRESS CTRL + ALT + DELETE TO RESTART."

Anybody know what's wrong, at least, if not how to fix it? Thanks for your help in advance.

So the problem is the Windows ISO then? The ISO must have just been corrupted when I saved it from the CD then, I'll try again. Sorry to bother you, thanks for your time. :]
