After i upgrade from 10.04 to 11.04 my squid don't work

Hi,
this night i upgrade my ubuntu from 10.04 to 10.10, and
then from 10.10 to 11.04.
When i start my computer and i try to open some page
it can't.
In terminal: status squid
it say that squid is running.
Then i make: restart squid
And Web is working perfectly.

Now, when i reboot my machine this problem come back.

What, i have to do?

Although I don't know that there have been that many changes to squid over the last few updates / upgrades to Ubuntu, I would first suggest making sure you are running the latest version of squid.

Second, check log files for squid, if there are any errors on start up, they will be there.
