Alma Dewberry Best Artists

Where can I find the best artists for free lance jobs. I live in the San Antonio Texas area and am looking for a type of designer that can make mobile application designs and apple creatives for my venture that I am starting up.

Where would you say the best place on the internet is to find help and designers as I have tried craigslist.org and dewberry's friends but have yet to find some real quality artists that know how to develop.

I wonder that craiglist couldn't help you with this task. I always use Craiglist to otsourcing most of my activities.
