XaraLx Not Showing Main Menu?

Hello,

I have installed XaraLx from Synaptic. It is not showing the main menu on the top.

Just the standard toolbar is shown, but when i press Alt+f the file menu opens just above the standard toolbar, No Menu please help.

Are you talking about menu that now is displayed in the top GNOME panel instead of main window? If so, then I very much doubt anyone can help you: XaraLX isn't supported for years, it's unlikely it will be fixed.
