'Aero Snap' in Xubuntu

Is this possible? I have followed the guide at

but it doesn't seem to work. Do I need to do something for for xubuntu.

run

compiz --replace

in the terminal. Otherwise you'll still be in the XFCE window manager, which doesn't have that feature enabled. You will need to autostart that command at login most likely.

If that doesn't work, you will have to provide more specific details.
