Icon Set for use with 3D glasses...

Has anyone ever thought of making an icon set for Linux for use with 3d glasses? I think that would be cool until the headaches set in...

Load of rubbish 3D, well I don't see the point of it for computing.

There was a Compiz plugin to make the desktop looks 3d with the glasses (not just the icons) but it is not supported in 11.04.

Compiz already has a 3D plugin that can take all of the elements of your desktop in layers and make them 3D in perspective to the OpenGL environment. I'd encourage you to get involved with that and make it a bit better- it works with headtracking and glasses separately, I believe.

Of course, no one's stopping you, but it may look odd to have just one part of the GUI 3D.
