Unity bar on side and top disappeared

I just upgraded to 11.04 today, and was playing around with the compiz-fusion settings. The first thing I checked was the fade to desktop box, and that froze up my computer. I let it sit for a little bit, but eventually got bored and just turned off my computer via the power button. When I started it up, both the tool bar on top and the launcher on the side had disappeared, and I don't have a clue how to get them back. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I experience the same problem, also after using confiz. Is any solution available yet?
