Wireless problem - Ubuntu 11.04

Yesterday I've installed Ubuntu - but wireless not working
Laptop Model = 1510
Wireless = dell wireless 1395 Wlan mini - card
I searched the Internet but did not get the answer - can anyone help me make?
Most people their laptop wireless card, in 1395 there have this problem.
Please install proper drivers and how to put it here.
