upgrade daru3 RAM

Hi guys, I'd like to max my daru3 / Darter Ultra's RAM and wanted to check in before I did. Right now I've got 2GB DDR2 @ 667 MHz. What should I be looking for to upgrade? And if there's somewhere I could have looked to find out for myself, where could I have done that? Thanks!

Ok, so I'm assuming I can add as much RAM as was originally offered for the darter ultra when I bought it, which was 4 GB - DDR2 800 MHz - 2 DIMMs (thanks, wayback machine).

And if I want to swap in a larger hard drive are there any limitations? Is it safe to assume that they're the same as for the Panp4n discussed in this post? The wayback machine shows those laptops coming with HDs with the same features as those offered in the darter at that time...
