broken 'open with' in gnome

Don't know what happened, but now when I click Places -> Home Folder in Ubuntu 10.10 it tries to open it in gedit and obviously fails. How do I fix this please?

Open Places, right click on any folder. Select 'Open with other application' and then select File Browser.
