problem in "places" menu

Here i'm attaching a screenshot which will show the condition.
Problem is that in my "places" menu instead of "Documents" & "Downloads" some thing strange is appearing so please someone tell me that why it is so & what's the solution.Thanking in advance.

Your Places menu is a lot like my Places menu except for the folders with the strange names and the greyed out Recent Documents label.

Do these folders actually exist? What happens when you try to open them? Have you tried to rename them to the correct names?

When i tries to open these folders i get error dialog box as shown in attached screenshot. And sorry to say but i'm not able to find out the way for renaming these folders.
