Brasero creating image checksum really slow

    Hi

I have been burning an ISO image (2GB) using Brasero
It does the first few stages Ok but then when it gets to creating image checksum I see activity on the DVD but after 2 hours it still hasn't completed. Nothing has frozen
    Any ideas anyone please

This has not solved the issue. The issue remains, it should not matter what type of disk you use to burn an image, it should work without having to choose what type of disk was used.
