How about Ubuntinos? Ou Ubuntinas?
This might sound peculiar in other languages... Like english.
On that language maybe Ubuntians?

I wonder how it's said in the native language of the word. If that is even a word in that language.

Ubuntard, sounds French.
Perhaps we can have different names for different languages:
english: Ubuntist;
italian/latin: Ubuntario(or Ubuntino)/Ubuntarius;
french: Ubuntards;
spanish: Ubuntero;
russian: Ubuntarskij ;
german: ;
....

German: Ubunter (male), Ubunterin (female)
That's going with the standard of adding "er" to the verb to denote someone who does it, and adding "in" to that to denote someone female doing the verb (e.g. Lehrer (teacher, male), and Lehrerin (teacher, female)). Note that it's Ubunter rather than Ubuntuer. Ubuntuer sounds too American English.
