Ubuntu Server create install CD?

I know that on the desktop I can use Remastersys to create a personal disto.

I haven't been able to find a similar tool that will work on Ubuntu Server though?

I basically want to install and customize Ubuntu Server and then create an install CD from that setup ...

You could try Reconstructor, hopefully it'll work for you.

I've used Reconstructor as well with good results. Mostly used it to make bootable USB drives with just what I needed to run on it.
