Music and Data on the same CD

    Hello Ubuntu Forums Community,

I have a project i need to turn in, and I would like to burn a CD with the music AND the lyrics. I want a CD player to be able to play it AND a computer read the documents in the CD. I'm not sure if this is possible, so tell me if that is so.

    Thanks in advance.

Burn as data, music and lyrics, all at once.

But wouldn't the CD not be able to play in a player? If so, what's the "Audio CD" option for in brasero?

Quite a few cd players today can play digital formats, usually mp3 and ogg. Check the player's specs to verify that. If the cd player can only play audio cds, I think you are out of luck.

Here's an older discussion about creating mixed-mode CDs:
