Maverick ambiance color scheme for kde

If you use kde apps in gnome then you can make them look native by following this and changing all fonts (except fixed width) to ubuntu font.

You will also need a matching color scheme but i coudn't find one for maverick so i made one taking this as the base .

    First extract the archive.
Then go to System -> Preferences -> System Settings (you should have systemsettings installed) then go to Appearance then colors then 'import scheme' now select the extracted file.

    It is released under gpl.

It works fine for my in both Lucid and Maverick 64 bits.

But, I do not always use ambiance or radiance themes. Then, I wonder , how can I make a diferent color scheme for a different theme? Would you be so kind to explain me the procedure?

    Thank you

    Very useful color scheme.

I made a few modifications based on the orta theme colors, so anyone who uses orta or some similar greyish theme can try and use these colors.

To answer a question a few posts earlier, all the color customizations are on other tabs at the same place you import the color scheme.

Btw, just selecting faenza icons and a few fonts is enough for a pretty good orta integration

Gnome color chooser from Ubuntu software center will let u hand select all your colors, however you might find yourself tweeking your colors out for a few hours if your anything like me an have trouble getting things just right.
