Windows Media Player Library Ratings

Hello, I'm on my way to full Ubuntu. One of my main concerns is my music library. I've spent many weeks listening and rating my music so that I can organize it into playlists and also so that I can easily listen to my favorite songs only.

Anyhow, I want to be keep the ratings when I move all my files to Ubuntu. Is there a way to ensure this happens?

Also what's a good media player in Ubuntu?

I like banshee, although it's sorting works a bit different from window media player. http://banshee.fm/

What do you think about the ratings though. Is that something I can keep from WMP to Banshee?
