    Um, what's up here?

I'm new to Linux, but I'm learning a lot. I was considering checking out the LoCo team for Florida, but it looks like this place is pretty much inactive. is there another site that you're using now? Thanks.

This forum may not be very active, but the Florida LOCO is very active. Feel free to check us out at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam or http://www.ubuntu-fl.org/ and on IRC at en.freenode.net #ubuntu-us-fl
We look forward to seeing you around.

I find the forum pretty active in comparison with others. Take a look at the debian forum, the place is a ghost town!

oh ok good to know. I'll never be able to make it to any events or anything (I'm only 15) but I'd still love to participate somehow.
