    double tap

    I am having an issue with double-tap inputs, I have ubuntu 11.04 installed on an HP mini 210. The issue is double-tap only seems to work roughly 1 out of 3 tries. If I double-tap a title bar the cursor will momentarily change to the hand cursor and back to the arrow, the same behavior is experienced with scrollbars. I have also noticed the same behavior with fedora 15 on the same machine, you guys are just lucky I picked this forum. Looking for suggestions to resolve this. I don't experience this issue with ubuntu 10.X or mint julia.
