PS3 and MediaTomb

I've managed to use MediaTomb to create a media server that is recognized by my PS3. The problem is, for whatever reason, two MediaTomb icons appear on the ps3, and only one brings up actual media. Does anyone have any clue why this happens? It's not a big deal but it's annoying.

Secondly, does the filesystem for MediaTomb update automatically or do I need to add the files manually every time I have more?

Edit: I just restarted mediatomb and none of the files show up on my ps3...I have to re-add them.

I got the media issue straightened out, but for some reason when playing movies, they're choppy. Any ideas?
