Getting a MacBook Air 11" Late 2010. Any advice?

I'm getting one of those an 11" MacBook Air with 128gb SSD. 64gb might be too little for dual booting. Of course, I'll run Ubuntu on it. I'm choosing this hardware, because of the great form factor, aesthetics, trackpad, and ability to run OS X (as a UX designer, I want to do competitive analysis of the OS).

It will be my first Mac. Any advice? Got tips on what I should start learning, getting used to, etc?

The only tip I would give you is to set up the dual-boot right away.

I tried to set up a dual-boot after having used OS X for a while and BootCamp and Disk Utility would not allow me to resize the OS X partition, even though there was plenty of free space.

So I had to reinstall OS X from scratch (or the restore discs that came with my MBP, actually), use BootCamp to resize the partition, and then set up the Ubuntu partition.

    Great advice.

How about things like sharing a partition, /home, sharing config files, etc? Are they going to work smoothly?

If you share to FAT32, it'll take forever to skip from one song to another in iTunes. That's the only problem I had with sharing.
