I'm not sure if that's feasible. It isn't to my humble knowlegde, though. I'd say you'll need to reinstall with a better planned partition scheme.
BTW, your complicated setup caught my attention. 15 Gb for /boot: why that much? And that many partitions... is it a server? Anyway, best of luck. Perhaps someone else has a more clever idea.
