lost indicator applet or mail applet

hello,
I'm kinda new. Had ubuntu for a few years left came back last month.

I lost the indicator applet in the panel. I don't know what I did to get it back. I feel like this is a very very simple thing to fix but I just can't find it. Here is a pic of what i'm talking about.

Right click on your panel and select Add to Panel..And select Indicator Applet and click on Add..
