    Sound problem

    Hi everyone!
I am really new to the Linux but excited about it. The only problem is that I have no sound. I have read some forums to check out possible solutions and I am stuck a little bit.
I have exported all ALSA information to the link http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=1e...cb21860b0bc6a4 and I don't really know what to do since the sound codec I have is Realtek ID 269 and I don't really know how that information can help to get the sound back. Adding options snd-hda-intel model=generic to the file alsa-base.conf hasn't worked.
I am looking forward to some help. Thanks a lot

    Re: Sound problem

Solved by installing Linux ALSA driver modules
