Totem, nautilus drag & drop cursor error

I have prefixed this gnome as it has happened in Debian and Mint too. A technical name to the problem would help me to find a solution:

When dragging and dropping music from Nautilus to Totem occasionally the track is not released from the cursor. I lose all control of the cursor but for movement and can only interact with gnome by keyboard until nautilus and totem are ended.

Any ideas why this is happening?

I don't know; it seems to happen with Archive Manager too....
