Docky -- Seriously, This Isn't Fixed Yet?

Hey guys, question about Docky real quick if someone can help...

I've been enjoying using Docky since it's slowly become more organized and polished. I like the simplicity and all that, I really do but there's something about it that still irks me.

Whenever I add something to my dock and reboot, the icon is not where I last put it. It ALWAYS does it.

Does anyone know a workaround or a fix to the problem? It's not a huge detractor, but it is a small strike against it just the same.

I do have the most current updates to Docky, as the PPA has been added and I've installed every update since.

It's a little more than slightly annoying. Can anybody help, please?

    I've noticed this too.
For example I would create shortcut on desktop and will drag it to Docky.
If shortcut is deleted for desktop it gets removed from Docky too.
So, workaround was to make a directory with desired shortcuts, drag them to docky - do not delete folder and shortcuts.

    I hope that helps.

Drag items from the menu and not the desktop will stop this behavior.

Also, what version of Docky are you guys running?
I have 2.07 Release and newly dragged icons/shorcuts/whatever ALWAYS wind up next to the Docky icon on the bar, forcing me to re-drag them into another position.
Windows assumes the user is an idiot.
    Linux demands proof.
