New York - Testing Team

Hello all:

I would like to work on forming the New York State LoCo Testing team. Please post here if you would be interested in helping to do so.

This effort is based on the successful efforts of the Italian testing team. It involves the team working as a team to ensure that items in need of testing get tested prior to each new release. The easiest items to test are .iso files and we will be starting there.

This sounds good. I would like to do it. Is this only for the few days before a CD release? Or are we doing smoke testing too?

I have to find out more details, but from my understanding the testing is at the alpha, beta and rc stages. Other testing is done in between all those stages.

Well sounds good I would definitely like to do this as long as it's organized. Or the newsletter thing, or both.
