Hi there!

I have a bit of an unusual question this time around. Again, it's worth re-stating that I just recently migrated from Windows Vista to Linux.

Some of the features I had set up on my formerly-Vista system were international features, such as hot-keys for foreign language keyboards. In my case, being bilingual (English and Russian) I had the right Alt + Shift hot-key command to quickly switch the keyboard from English to Russian. This comes in handy when I'm looking at Russian websites and when I have to type in Russian.

Would anyone know how to activate non-Roman language files similar to those packets in Windows and/or set up keyboards for other languages in Kubuntu?

Thanks in advance!
