This is not an Ubuntu problem, but an Ubuntu Forums problem.
I was using Cleanv3, but then it didn't show any Ubuntu theme.
It showed an ordinary HTML theme.
I switched to Cleanv2, and that fixed it, but I think this is a server problem.
Could the Ubuntu Forums Administrators check this problem?
