Cannot open DVD with multiple DivX

I have a DVD with many DivX files on it that I cannot open in Ubuntu. I am able to see the DVD contents on Windows.

I am able to play DivX from a file in Ubuntu. In Ubuntu I can play every media type from the filesystem or from DVD except for DivX on DVD. I try to use Ubuntu to view the files on the DVD but it doesnt recognise anything on it.

Anybody have any ideas or suggestions to help me out?

I finally figured it out

I was able to access the files on the DVD by opening nautilus with the sudo user from the terminal then go to the DVD and see the files.

I was able to download the files to my desktop and watch them
