SFTP Automount and Rsync

Hello,

I am able to log into my website ftp server via the places --> connect to server option.

This works but I was wondering if I could automount it so it mounts on startup? Also, when using grsync it doesnt look like I can sync with that folder.

Is there a way I can automount my ftp server and allow rsync to keep local copies of the files (maybe including revisions)?
